Hospital is one of two modern hospitals in Wheeling and is a medical
center for the surrounding region. It is a 277-bed facility that was
recently ranked in the top 10% nationally for cardiac care.
The emergency department sees approximately 36,000 patients annually
and is staffed with 34 hours physician coverage daily, 20hours mid-level
coverage, and an additional 12 hours of daily coverage in the fast track.

7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
12:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.
3:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.
11:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.
ED Mid-Level Coverage:
8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
5:00 p.m. - 3:00 a.m.
Fast Track Coverage:
11:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m.
