EPMG established a Quality and Patient Safety Team to provide specialized support and customized solutions to fulfill the evolving needs of our hospital partners. Whether during the initial transition or throughout our partnership, our Team is available to conduct systematic emergency department assessments and the facilitation of lean projects that focus on operational procedures, patient safety and patient satisfaction.
Our distinctive Team of RNs works collaboratively with nursing leadership and ED physicians to improve operational performance and enhance clinical outcomes. Our Team leverages their breadth of knowledge and skills with EPMG resources to transform emergency departments into efficient, patient-focused EDs that provide the most optimal level of care and service.
