Quality Improvement
EPMG's extensive Continuous Quality Improvement System (CQIS) reflects the latest developments in emergency medicine and works in concert with our clincian risk management program. These programs result in very high service quality.
Patient Satisfaction
EPMG believes that patient satisfaction is an extremely important element in the success of today's emergency department. Our practice is to deliver excellent customer service along with high-quality medical care, and then to measure our performance through periodic formal surveys. The results of the surveys play an integral role in measuring and monitoring EPMG's CQIS program.
Site Evaluation
EPMG's site evaluation is a comprehensive survey consisting of a review of the policies and procedures, equipment, patient flow, chart analysis, and interviews with the administrative leadership, physicians and nursing personnel. EPMG provides the partner with a detailed report of its findings and recommendations for improvement. This comprehensive evaluation is designed to aid the hospital partner's quality improvement process and provide a foundation for improving the overall performance of the emergency department.
Quality Improvement Reporting
Monthly Quality Improvement (QI) reports serve as a basis for monitoring, measuring, educating, and improving key areas of emergency practice. EPMG provides support and education for the process of this monthly reporting requirement.
