FLEXIBLE EMPLOYMENT STATUS
Full-time benefitted employees work 2080 hours annually (40 per week). Part-time benefitted employees work at least 1664 hours annually (32 per week).
Health Benefits
MEDICAL BENEFITS
EPMG offers the choice of two medical plans.
- Full-time employees receive fully paid medical insurance. A significant discount will be applied to the monthly premium for employees electing to purchase coverage for dependents.
- Full-time employees who do not enroll in any medical benefit will receive an opt-out benefit of $1,200 annually.
DENTAL BENEFITS
EPMG offers two dental plans, a standard plan and a premium plan. Full-time employees receive fully paid dental insurance at the standard level. A discount will be applied the monthly premium for employees electing to purchase coverage for dependents or to buy up to premium coverage.
VISION BENEFITS
EPMG offers two vision plans, a standard plan and a premium plan.
Full-time employees receive fully paid vision insurance at the standard level. A discount will be applied to the monthly premium for employees electing to purchase coverage for dependents or to buy up to premium coverage.
Other Benefits
SHORT-TERM DISABILITY INSURANCEEPMG's disability plan provides each participant with a method of insuring his/her income should he/she become disabled, due to a non-work related illness or injury and be unable to work for a period up to 13 weeks, excluding a fourteen calendar day waiting period. EPMG provides this benefit at no cost to full-time employees. This plan provides employees with 66.67% of their weekly income up to a maximum of $500.00.
LONG-TERM DISABILITY INSURANCE
EPMG's disability plan provides each participant with a cost effective method of insuring his/her income should he/she become disabled and unable to work for more than 90 days. EPMG provides this core benefit at no cost to full-time employees. This plan provides employees with 60% of their W-2 income up to a maximum of $5,000 per month.
GROUP TERM LIFE INSURANCE
Employees will be provided with 1x base earnings life insurance at no cost, with a minimum benefit of $20,000 and a maximum benefit of $50,000. Eligible employees will also be able to purchase, on a pre-tax basis, up to $200,000 of additional life insurance coverage. In addition, employees will have the option to purchase dependent life insurance coverage for their dependents on an after-tax basis.
FLEXIBLE SPENDING ACCOUNTS
Flexible Spending Accounts (Medical and Dependent Care) are available to eligible employees. The medical FSA plan allows tax relief for expenses that the employee's healthcare, vision, dental, and prescription drug plans do not fully cover; for example co-pays and deductibles. The dependent care plan allows employees to pay for the daycare expenses of dependents with pre-tax dollars. These plans allow up to $5,000 dollars per plan, per family, per calendar year to be set aside on a pre-tax basis.
401(k) BENEFIT PARTICIPATION 401(k) benefit participation is available to full-time and part-time employees. The EPMG 401(k) Plan is a retirement savings plan that provides significant tax advantages. Through an elective deferral, an employee may put as little as 1% or as much as 25% of his or her compensation into the 401(k) Plan account on a pre-tax basis. An after-tax Roth option is also available. Employees can choose the investment vehicles for their contributions from a diversified group of pre-screened funds. EPMG is pleased to match a portion of eligible employee's contributions. Each calendar year the federal government sets the maximum before-tax contribution allowed. Employees may contribute up to $17,000.
INCENTIVE EMPLOYEE PAYMENT SYSTEMS (IEPS)
EPMG currently offers incentive payments to employees for longevity of service. These quarterly distributions will be computed based on seniority and hours worked. Employees must have at least two years of service before becoming eligible.
EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANCE
EPMG is pleased to assist its employees in furthering their education or training in areas that will enhance their careers with EPMG.
- COMPANY DIRECTED EDUCATION
EPMG currently pays full tuition if you are requested by EPMG to take courses, or attend educational/professional development conferences or workshops as part of your employment.
- OTHER COURSES
Elective job-related courses/workshops may be approved for full or partial tuition reimbursement upon the written recommendation and approval of the manager. Reimbursement for employees taking college courses consists of EPMG paying two-thirds of the total tuition, up to $1,000 per calendar year. Books, publications, and educational materials may be included and are subject to the annual maximum. Tuition re-imbursement is only available to those employees who have completed one year of employment and who earn at minimum a C grade upon course completion.
- PROFESSIONAL DUES AND PUBLICATIONS
EPMG currently recognizes that participation in professional associations can be a positive experience for its employees and is therefore beneficial to EPMG. Professional membership dues, association, licensure, accreditation fees, and publications of a job related nature may be fully or partially reimbursed up to a maximum of $150 per year. - CERTIFICATIONS
Certifications required by EPMG may be fully reimbursable after successful completion of the certification requirements and/or exam.

VACATION TIME
EPMG believes that vacations offer employees time away from the office where they can tend to their personal life, relax, and have fun. The vacation policy recognizes seniority. Vacation time is prorated and accrued each pay cycle.

Employees may carry over a maximum of 200 hours of vacation time and may cash out vacation time.
SICK TIME
EPMG will provide employees with 48 hours of sick time per year, which will be accrued bi-weekly. Sick time is to be used as paid time off, if necessary, for an employee's legitimate illness or injury.
Unused sick time will be carried over into a sick bank on an annual basis. The maximum amount of sick time that employees will be permitted to accumulate in their sick bank is 60 days. If employees surpass the 60-day maximum sick bank accumulation, then any sick time accumulated at the end of the calendar year in excess of 60 days will be paid to them at the rate of 50% times their hourly rate.
DISCLAIMER
Part-time employees working less than 1,664 hours annually may be eligible to participate in some benefits and receive paid time off, prorated by hours worked.
