History and Overview
Emergency Physicians Medical Group, PC (EPMG) was formed in 1976 with
the establishment of our Emergency Medicine Program at St. Joseph Mercy
Hospital in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Since then our systems and structures
have steadily evolved, allowing us to provide a full range of services
to our client facilities.
Today, EPMG’s contracts include: emergency departments, urgent care
clinics, clinical decision units, and in-hospital coverage programs.
EPMG is a full service medical group owned and managed by physicians.
EPMG provides local and regional management services to meet the needs
of each of its client facilities and patients. Our medical directors
and emergency physicians work cooperatively with hospital administration,
nursing, and the local medical staff to create a cohesive patient-oriented
team delivering excellent care.
